Velorapida e-bikes are available exclusively on our e-shop. For each model you can find technical information and choose the features and accessories. For additional customizations or for special requirements please contact our Customer Service.
How to place an order
1. Enter as guest or Log In to your account using the menu on the top of the page.
2. Choose the product you wish.
3. Select your preferences:
- colour of the frame
- battery bag (leather, wood, wicker)
- colour of the leather parts (saddle, grips, …)
- options (rear rack, automatic gear, handlebar…)
- accessories (chest, rear bags, …)
4. Add to your shopping cart
You can also view your cart later, by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Items added to the shopping cart are not removed from Velorapida's active inventory until you proceed to checkout.
5. Checkout
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, click "REMOVE ITEM." Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button.
6. Billing information
Fill in the form with details about billing information and delivery address. Once completed click the “CONTINUE” button and select the payment method.
7. Be sure to review all of the information you provided and make any necessary changes before clicking the "PLACE ORDER" button. After placing your order, you will receive per e-mail an order confirmation page with your order number.
8. The total price specified in the final check out screen includes tax and shipping costs, where applicable.
Payment instructions are detailed in the checkout phase. We accept payment with the main credit cards, via PayPal or bank transfer. We do not accept checks or cash. Purchase orders are confirmed only when the transaction of the full amount is successfully completed, unless otherwise specified or agreed with our Customer Service.
If for any reason you wish to change something in your order, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after your order confirmation.
Delivery terms
Velorapida electric bicycles are handcrafted following each specific customer request. If the model ordered is available at stock, it will be shipped within 5-7 days from the order confirmation. Otherwise it will be manufactured and shipped within 4 weeks from the order confirmation.
Please note that the order is confirmed only after receipt of the payment, which is immediate if done with Paypal or Credit Card, while it requires a couple of days if done via bank transfer.
The cost of shipment is automatically included in the order confirmation and varies according to the delivery address you indicated in your shopping cart. For shipments outside Europe please contact us and we will provide the quotation of transport.
You will receive your Velorapida fully assembled and ready to use following the instructions provided. There might be few kilometres on your display, as a result of our quality control tests.
